This course is available for organisations to commission rather than for individuals. It is a two day learning programme that will provide the foundations for assessment of Career Theory. It directly reflects the performance criteria as outlined in the National Occupational Standards for Career Development. The first day focus on key concepts and the theory of career choice, the second day on theories of transition, motivation and avoidance. Unlike many QCF Level 6 theory programmes, the two days are highly practical, experimenting with how the theories manifest in a range of CEIAG approaches and tools.
Face to face delivery can be reduced to one day with a blended delivery approach
Delegates are provided with reading materials and links for further independent study.
